Paul and Karly wedding in PDX

For our last holiday weekend, we took a little trip down to Portland for Paul and Karly's wedding. The big event was to take place on Sunday night, so we headed down on Saturday so we could take an extra night and enjoy a mini vacation. We decided to try the Dragonfish restaurant downstairs in the hotel. As you can see below, we enjoyed two kinds of sushi. Very interesting flavor profiles, yummy. And of course two specialty cocktails to try too :)

The next morning we took a look out our window to find Paul and Karly's wedding party below in the little gathering space taking photos of the big day.
The Bride and Groom had a small personal cake to cut - like Anthony and I these two also had last names starting with the same letter. How cute!
The ceremony was a joint Christian and Jewish affair and very interesting. Here you can see Karly and Paul under the hoopa (Amy doubts she spelled that right, but doesn't care so much right now...) they are such a beautiful couple!
Paul's uncle has a real live handlebar mustache... so crazy! We couldn't resist taking this shot from behind... woah...

Dave gave a really nice speech. He's Paul's best man... and of course a good friend of Anthony's. Dave is getting married early next year too!
