Seahawks Giants debacle

The Seahawks are a very injured team.  They were 4-3 going into today's game.....

 This game honored Veteran's and they had many on hand for the game....it was unfortunate that we did not put on much of a fight.

Our Seahawks bags were filled with gear and snacks....the contents of these bags were the most exciting part of the afternoon.  

 Actually, that isn't true.  The "SKY CAM" from Fox was suspended above the stadium and moved all around during play.

These were the statistics at one point....not pretty.

And unfortunately this was the score.

The final score was 41-7.

Oh Pete, we agree...tough to watch.

UW vs Stanford

Well this game was supposed to be a good test to see if the Huskies could come back from a bad game and compete.  Well after the first series where we drove the ball down field and had a penalty then had to punt.  Stanford got the ball and Andrew Luck their excellent Sophomore QB drove down field and scored on a long TD run.

Suffice to say that Amy and I left early as this was the halftime score.  It was rainy and windy and a horrible game to go to.    

Halftime was the most exciting part of the game....only because we were trying to figure out what schools these cheer leaders came from.  We sold our tickets to the last game of the year, so no more Husky football blogs until next August.
