Huskies vs OSU

So this game was on national television and fortunately the weather was way better than last week.

We were unaware but apparently Oregon State has the oldest marching band in the Pac 10.

 Seriously, is there mascot really a beaver?  Looks like a dog....only beaver like quality is the tail.

Check out Amy's new Husky hat....it kept her very warm  Though it was not wet like last week, it was pretty cold at the game.

The Husky team store has taken a good chunk of our money since we got tickets.  Oh well!

Oregon was pretty well represented in the west side of the stadium.  Looked like they were all ready to celebrate Halloween.  BTW, for anyone who knows of people from Oregon State, we found hella stupid  folks.  Especially the moron sitting behind us.

Odd makers in Vegas said that this was a PICK EM, or too close too call game.

After regulation, it was as close as could be....that is even though we were up 21-0 to start the game.

 After overtime #1, it remained tied.  Jake Locker had an excellent game (5 Td's, 4 to J. Kearse).

 Bedlam broke out on the field after Oregon couldn't convert a score on 4th down, but the dumb zebras called a penalty on us giving Oregon another chance.  They scored a touchdown and then went for the 2 point conversion and failed....so we won!

 The band played the Husky fight song as the student section sang along.

 Then the players went over with flags and sand and directed the band.  It was an awesome game and a great ending!  Oh yeah, and we won an ultra important game.
