And there she is (below) - our houseguest and beloved friend, Lynnette Palmer, seen here making us a fabulous meal!
This was her first time trying to make this dish, and also the first time she used a number of new ingredients - but she really did an awesome job! We wish we could remember what she called it, but basically it was a spicy vegetable dish with a peanut sauce and tempeh over rice noodles - it was awesome! The picture of the dish, below, does not really do it justice...
She also bough rasberry Izzes to go along, wasn't sure how well the flavor profiles would match up, but it turned out great!
