Husky Stadium - Final Game

2011 marked the last game at the original Husky Stadium.  Here's some photo evidence of the landmark as it was... and sadly some excrement, evidence of the presence of oregon ducks (no capitalization necessary, that's reserved for all that is proper, and ducks are not)

Let us reminisce about the days of Husky old...

Remember how people used to line up outside of the tunnel to cheer on the team?  And how the husky (yes, the real dog) would run out along with the cheerleaders and pep squad?

Oh, and that last game before the remodel when UW fans came up with some crafty anti-duck signs?

... on a what?

Oh, you bet your ass!

Damn right it is!

Sark pacing on the sidelines...  No one likes losing to the ducks, least of all Sark...

Remember the end zone and how the track went all around the field?

And how the band and the student section sat in some of the best seats in the house?

And the awesome turnout for the last game, even thought it was pretty much a lock that we would lose?
